In your case 151 BCD means that the crankset is rather Nuovo than Super Record.

Nuovo and Super Record are the same cranks, just a different bottom bracket, the former being steel and the latter being titanium? That's the way I remember them . .

You are right. I thought Nuovo driveside crank is for 151 BCD chainrings and Super Record for 144 BCD. Maybe I am wrong.
