Pre War H/B stem for Clip type H/S. FW Evans parts

Long shot this . The search for parts begins.
Has anyone please got a handle bar stem for a clip type pre war head set ie without an expanded bolt . Needed for a pre F W Evans I am in the process of rebuilding .

Fixed wheel at the moment but also looking for a Bayliss Wiley 3 speed free hub complete .
