6/7 speed freewheel close ratio

Hi,
I am looking for a 6 or 7 speed freewheel with a close ratio (for example 12-19 or 12-21).
Smallest cog maximum 13 teeth, biggest maximum 21 teeth.
ISO/britisch thread.
7 speed preferred. Shimano compatible would be nice, but I could go back to friction shifting :D

I've still got some new Sachs ones will look after tee prob 12/18 ish.jm.
 
Got a close ratio Sachs 7 speed, if that's any good? And a Shimano 600 6 speed, more like time trial ratios on this, 13-18, I think.

I have a 6 speed Shimano. 13 to 18 sprockets.

Hey guys,
sorry I didn't answer earlier, but I was on a business trip the last week and a half.

A friend of mine found Shimano 6-speed freewheel in his parts bin, so I don't need one anymore!
But thanks for the offers!
