Do 44-46cm bars exist for 25.4 clamp?

Centre-to-centre that is. Would prefer 46 but I fear old skool bars all tend to be narrow.
 
Sorry, misread your post. Got some old cinelli John Tomac drops that are 46cm C-C but they are for 26mm clamp. After £15 plus postage.

Afternoon. Been having the devil's own job trying to send these pics via a PM, so here they are.

The bars are in decent condition - a few scratches and abrasions but nothing that would compromise them.

I think postage will be about £7 - the bars are light but it's volumetric so the size always bumps the cost a bit.

Here are the stems I mentioned to you. All are 26mm clamp. All have got about 6 degree of rise/fall.
Ritchey WCS 90mm - bit tatty but structurally good £15
Stella Azzuri Latte 110mm - good condition £10
or a nearly new Syntace f139 120mm stem £20
