Wanted 21 / 22" 1958 or earlier track or path frameset

Retrobike Rider
I'm hoping to do fixed gear LE / JOG ride for a big birthday next year, so I need a 21 / 22" 1958 or earlier track or path frame set. It must have track ends and be built by a good builder, Jack Taylor, Higgins, etc. Condition can be as cosmetically challenged as you like, but needs to be structurally sound..
Will consider anything, even much earlier, maybe even a whole bike.....cheers

Flash,ahha,he saved everyone of us.

Sorry just had to,nothing to offer other than advice down the le end of your trip.

Thank you. I'm originally from Cornwall and still have a few relatives (or somewhere to sleep as I call it) but I may eventually get round to route planning, so I maybe in touch in due course. Providing a) I find a bike b) don't choose to ride somewhere a little different......

Re:

Hi

Are you still looking?

I have got a 22" Freddie Grubb frame and a R O Harrison 22". Let me know if you are interested and I would send you some pictures.

Cheers

Rob

I have an Armstrong frame and forks, 531 tubing, no track ends but gorgeous chromed dropouts. Let me know if you fancy more info. 120mm OLN so a track hub fits fine.

Re:

The Freddie Grubb is a path frame, the seat tube is 22" from centre to top and the top tube is 22" centre to centre, the lugs are nervex, the rear is set at 110mm and the front 95mm, she has been re enamelled at some stage in her life. I am looking for £160 including the packaging and delivery.

The R O Harrison is a track frame, the seat tube is 22" from centre to top and the top tube is 22.5" centre to centre, the rear is set at 110mm and the front 95mm. I am looking for £120 including the packaging and delivery.

Wow, I've been looking for ages and 2 v nice ones come along. I need to do a bit of research. Do you know the year's of manufacture? I don't suppose you have a pic of the Harrison built up? Just want to make sure it's not too tight.
Cheers
