Fox F80 RL Remote Lockout Question

Have the above fork from 2005. Has a manual lockout at the moment and just wondered if there was any way of converting it to a remote type?
Thanks in advance.

Re:

Unless the damper has a return spring (which I'd doubt having owned a few), you'd need some form of external spring and mount to allow the cable to return to the open position when the lever is moved. I've seen a few pics of home brew versions and possibly some proper fox ones. I'll have a look in the garage as I may have bought one a while back for use on a rear shock, and the damper doesn't have a return spring.

I'll report back.

Re:

So, it was for a rear and the fittings won't work on a fork, but perhaps they did do one for forks?

Failing that you'll need a replacement damper and lock out lever.
