Hello,
I was looking at a company named Chngda of Xian China at their titanium products.
Their frames in particular.
Please are there any views/ thoughts,
Thank you.
Dezza.

XACD are one of the better thought of the Xian Ti factories, with plenty of experience of custom retail work, but do have a reputation for being unhelpful if any warranty problems, out-of-spec or returns etc do happen. You will get what you pay for, but not anything more...

If everything goes well and you don't have expectations of receiving something like an Eriksen, Moots or Firefly at 25% of the cost, then no problem.
There's good and bad manufacturers, so check (and get written down) the warranty, quality control, product liability insurance, design liability (yours or theirs on a 'custom' product?) and maybe look into employment rights and pay of workers, environmental audit etc. if possible.

XACD quality is better than most, but there are plenty of US and Euro Ti builders who prefer US made mill certified tubes and offer more personal service, as they have a carefully built reputation to lose, backed up with insurance to cover their arses and yours...

All the best,
