Custom rigid fork specifications help

Hi all,

to my "horror", things have moved on, and we are talking thru axles and such nowadays.

I want to custom a nice steel fork for my old Serotta so might as well use the newer standards. Thru axles definitely sound stiffer.

my current list of specifications:

1. A-C 430mm (suspension corrected for 80mm fork)
2. IS disc tabs (or should i go direct mount already?)
3. Internal wiring for my dynamo hub (I am a convert)
4. Straight steerer 1 1/8" (sorry, limited by the frame)
5. 15mm Thru axle dropouts (? is this correct?)

Of course, if there are nice existing options, please let me know! I can do without (3).

Thanks in advance
cheers

Potts is definitely on the list! :)

Just wondering if am going overboard with the thru axle but then again, I see hubs going that way. 26” rims are rare now.
