Ordered my BRAND NEW 26 racing hardtail

Txn67

Dirt Disciple
Just ordered this. Sundeal is the house brand for Ideal bikes who make bikes for bigger brands. They only cost $430US but I had a discount code and got it for $389. Hell of a bike for the price. Tapered headtube, internal cable routing, Avid hydros, SLX/Deore, RS XC28 w/ remote lockout.

They have them on ebay as well.

If anyone is interested, I got it today. Weighed exactly 28.0 pounds without pedals. I put on a saddle I already had and took another 150 grams off.

That looks great! Good bikes at ridiculously affordable prices are here.

Internal cables and great mechanicals for that price is unbelievable.

How does it ride?

Re:

That's amazing value. You'd drop a huge amount of weight by removing the anchor, I mean forks and replacing with something better.

The moment I had it ready to test ride a thunderstorm hit, naturally. I'll be hitting the trails tomorrow hopefully. The fork seems nice but I'm getting a 26" Sid XX Solo with a tapered steerer (the bike has an adapter for a straight steerer now) which will remove another 1000 grams, and an SLX crankset will be another pound. Good thing about 26" forks is that they're cheap.

Got it out today, this bike rips. I love the handling of a light 26" hardtail. The only thing I was concerned about were the brakes, they're lower end DB1's. But they were the biggest surprise. Plenty of power, no rotor rub and completely silent so far. The fork works fine but it'll be the first thing replaced.
