I have some M975 calipers (160mm disc) that are IS mount and need to fit to a post mount SID....what do I need?

Most adaptors I've seen are threaded to mount to the fork, but the post mounts on the fork are threaded so I would think the adpator should have a clearance (non-threaded) hole???

Cheers :)

in my experience no - unless you want to dremel the caliper or the mount- there is not much metal to play with safely. Ruled it out as quite attached to having a working front brake that doesn't shear off and feed itself into front wheel. Had to buy new disc myself though rt81 - considerably cheaper than xtr - hardly any weight penalty either.
