What's this....?!! Looks like filler to me....

Long awaited NuNu frame arrived today, and under some black frame protector on the inside of the rear chainstay is this....looks like filler? Also BB threads are well mangled, so seller has been informed, but is this worth worrying about? Shall I just leave it, knock it out, scrap the frame (again), live with it.....??

Seller is very apologetic and saying send it back for full refund including postage....... :facepalm:

Today is really not my day, car has just spectacularly failed it's MOT and now this :facepalm: :roll:

Back in the 80s, by the time a car was 10 years old, 10% of the bodywork would be made of Plastic Padding. :D

It was called Gob up here, used to alter the good old look of the car. A mate filled his mini roof sills in to smooth it all out.
 
But wasnt plastic padding blue and the hardener yellow giving the final mixed product a slightly green tinge?
