29.4 is correct iirc. Its what I fitted to my RC200 F6, took me a while to find the right size.
Try cleaning the inside of the seat tube, even rub it down slightly with fine emety paper to smooth things out.
Otherwise it's a case of plenty of lube and it should slide straight in :shock:
