Youre talking about ateel spherical bearing?
Simplybearings will have it, cant imagine it would be a diameter unique to hope.
You just need to measure diameter accurately, eg micrometer or vernier callipers, or contact hope for size and price then go compare.

If it the current headsets and not the older ones from some years back.
Then hope have the dimensions in the headset tech document.
I found it with a Google search for hope headset bearing and it gave a PDF link to it.

There's a Cane Creek bearing that fits and is much cheaper. S2 rings a bell...?

Cane creek are probably dearer as they're branded rather than better quality.
