Athena 1st gen shifters HELP I give in

Not much beats me but I'm just building my Mino Denti Master. Got to the shifters but
can't get any fiction what so ever out of the rear mech shifter. I'm
pretty sure I have all the parts and in the right order Left to Right. There are 2 springs in the lever body????

Anyone any ideas

I'm pretty certain that lever body is for an indexed lever, I've never seen a friction one with springs like that, they're usually just two plastic washers and a few metal ones.

Maybe it is an indexed one I just don't know.

I think I sorted it.
It just needed to tightened more than I thought.

So. It would seem these shifters are C record and should be indexed. I am missing an internal part with notches. The same as this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/311565576757? ... EBIDX%3AIT
