Where can I get Kore nipple seats?

I'm after at least a couple of Kore nipple seats as pictured here:

I've tried contacting Kore directly and only got a email address not found message or no reply from their online form.

Wow - never seen anything like that. (I've a similar problem - dt swiss hub that needs a 6mm axle :facepalm: , but think i have solved that by spending more money

Thanks I'll try that, but at this rate I may end up chucking the rim. Shame as it's a damn fine rim - just ridiculously proprietary.
