Calling Hope Experts - Hope 5 Bolt Rotor Problem

Good evening.

I am trying to fit some new 5 Bolt rotors to my Hope hubs only to find that the rotor bolts are catching on the calipers.

Looking through my spares it seems that the older discs have countersunk holes with matching bolts.

Is this a known problem? Are the countersunk bolts still available?

Unfortunately I don't have the right size countersunk discs to try and see if that cures the problem - my countersunk disks are 185 while I need 180 and 160's.

Many thanks

I had this problem, I was running hopes allen key bolts. I swapped to some of the torque bolts and that solved the problem. The head on the torque bolt, is 1mm ish thinner.

Re:

SPD cleat bolts are exactly the same if I think back.... 2.5 or 3 mm heads and countersunk....

Thank you for that. The problem may be that I possibly also need to get the discs countersunk or find someone who would do some swaps.

I supose the discs will be too hard to drill at home?
