Hello,

Providing the car passes it's MOT today
I was all set to buy the Fulcrum Racing 5s from Germany for £150 then I got an email from Superstar with 20% off their pre built wheels.

I'm torn between the two and was wondering which you would go for?

Pave 28:
20 spoke front - radial
24 spoke rear - 2x
Pave 28 Rim - 28mm deep section
17mm internal, 23mm external

Wheelset Weights: (I don't think this includes rim tape)
Front 677g
Rear 856g
1533g for the pair.

24mm deep front rim, 27.5mm deep rear rim
23mm external

Re:

Another vote for Fulcrum. They are among best of the bunch of these type of machine built wheels. And like Hamster and Reluctant said, you can get spares for them and people usually have the spares in stock, which is always a bonus.

The Superstar look like they use the same generic hub that Planet X and lots of other wheels in that price range use. They are generally OK but I wouldn't buy them over the Fulcrum.
