Hope pro 2 Evo rear hub

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but here goes.

I've seen a pro 2 Evo rear hub for sale. It's 142 mm & looks like a 12mm bolt through.

If I was to buy a 9mm qr adaptor, would it then become 135mm?
 
There are no dumb questions, and the hub will convert by fitting a conversion set.

Some conversions are as easy as popping the end-caps off and fit new ones,
Others are a bit more involved and also need an axle change.

I have never done this particluar conversion but google produced this:

^ This is the wrong kit for a Pro II Evo, that's the conversion kit for an older Pro II (before they were 'Evo').

You just pull the ends off a Pro II Evo and change them. If you change them to 9mm QR ends, then yes it becomes 135mm.

Yes, I've done the opposite with the DH version of the Pro 2 Evo and gone from 150mm to 157mm by changing the end caps.
