alivio fc m442 taper bb size

does anyone know what the bb size needed for this crank is?

alivio/fc m442 taper

the frame has a 68mm shell size

id guess its probably 113x68 but not sure :facepalm:

would the un55 in the same size be a better bb?

does the chainline need to be different with 1x9 then 3x9?

or are they the same but dependent on the frame?

Nope, you're working on the middle ring, so that's where the single would be.

Un55 £8 at CRC and tag in a kmc X8 chain for £7 to get free postage. You may as well run a new chain if not already.
