I have a question about disc brakes (Avid BB 7 in this instance).

Is there a difference between calipers between a 160mm rotor and a 180mm rotor or do they use the same caliper and different size mounting brackets to accommodate the larger rotor?

If they are is mount then they ought to ne different. Rear requires longer lugs unless you run 140 mm on the back.

There aren't many is to is adapters.

If they are posr mount ther are identical.
