got the same problem , even the arms were stuck, cut one off. this ones that bad i think its going to go in the bin lol

Sorted it this afternoon and it was simple. Bolted the BB tool in a vice then my dad pushed down on the BB tube to hold it in place and I used the frame for leverage to turn. Job is a goodun, let the build take place!
