hi, i have a bike full suspension and do not know what make it is, i was told by previous owner it was a muddyfox, but am not sure of this as yes i have found online some similar muddy fox frames, but none that have the bit of alloy swooping up to the seat post, and before i rebuild it, would like to know what it is for sure so i know if to build it nicely and if its worth some money or just to stick cheap components on it and flog it on

whats the sticker on rear triangle, to me it looks a cheap bike going by what else is on it

sticker just states bike complies with safety standards or something like that, and the components on it are not original parts, got of someone who got just the frame to rebuild it but they never finished at they only had cheap parts lying around, i have other wheel set, and a set of triple clamp forks to go on it, some downhill handlebars etc, but wanna know if its worth it, i mean it is a nice shaped alloy frame with powder coated rear swing arm

Says BSO in big letters and thus is not worth anything much but that doesn't mean it can be a reasonable bike with some TLC but its unlikely to light anyones fire on here.

were it say BSO? i can see 850lb on the spring weight?

Bso = bicycle shaped object.

Its a cheapy. The shock is basic, steel rear triangle, urt design, pressed dropouts. Its basically very cheap and probably nasty.

Can still enjoy these cheap bikes but won't be flogging it for a million.

o ok, thanks, well it was a thrown in freebie, that i got when i picked up another cheap full suspension off them which i only bought as it had shimano lx hydraulic disc brake set up for £40, and stuck the hydraulic set on my GT Ruckus, just gonna rebuild this BOS (bag of Sh'te) lol with cheap spares i have lying around then and sell on, i just like the alloy front end of it

looks like its been sanded down to me

Dear gods that's disgusting! Don't ride it too hard or it'll explode into a pile of jagged pieces of cast pot metal and low grade steel.
