Best air pressure for 00 Sid XC dual air?

Can anyone help me out as Im scratching my head here. My dad has just put 70psi pressure in to his 00 sid xc dual air forks, they seem spot on for what he needs. My question is, is the 70psi ok or is it too much pressure to run? Cheers Rob :cool: :cool:
 
70 is fine. They will cope with over 90 quite happily if you like to run them very stiff..

If you're not sure, check the SRAM/RockShox website, they have every owners manual and workshop service manual for every model of SID from forever - always a useful guide to pressure vs rider weight etc!
