The other week my missed picked up a bargain of a frame, the only problem is that we don't know what it is, what we do know is that it's been badly repainted making the serial number next to illegible.

A couple of people have suggested that it might be a Saracen and from my own Google searching it looks like a Mantra but I was unable to find any pictures of a Mantra with both mounts for V-Brakes and also an integrated headset, come to think about it I don't think I've ever seen a bike with both an integrated headset and V-Brake mounts.

So without further a do any guesses:

I had a 2009 or 2010 Mantra and it wasn't like your frame. Mine didn't have the v-brake mounts, or the semi-integrated headset and the seat stays were different on mine.
