I've been toying with the idea of swapping my SX for something a bit lighter / more sensible because it is quite heavy and I'm pretty damn over bikes for most of the riding that I do. Although I'm not as quick, fast of going as big as I used to, I'm more interested in a bike that gets down the hill as well as possible than up it.
Another member on here is possibly selling is 5.5 EVP and I've got to say I'm really interested but was wondering if anyone else has any experiences of them.
My only concern to date is the steep head angle because I'm used to slacker bikes and my forks. Ideally I just want to swap all of my bits over but my 36 Van RC2's are overkill and will ruin the handling unless I can shorten them.
Any experiences or examples of builds would be massively appreciated whilst I faff!
