Please help me understand this...

I've just fitted an RP32 shock to my 99 FSR GC.

Its a 165x38 which I bought 2nd hand.
I'm 14.5 stone.

It has the following tune values:

Rebound tune: L
Velocity tune: F
Boost Valve: 300

What do they mean and are they okay for my frame?
I've also just fitted a new BETD linkage.

I've never had a decent shock so dont really have anything to compare it to.
It definitely feel better than the old Rock Shox Deluxe that was on there (pogo stick)

This whole shock replacement thing has been trickier than I expected... :-/

RP32? Fox guides here but not that model, nor do the functions sound right - odd.

when you look at fox shocks they can be set up for different suspension designs, some will naturally need more or less propedal and more or less rebound etc, basically they will all have rebound etc but the range can be changed internally. for example my rp23 on my st4 has the blue 3 position propedal adjuster but the overall propedal setting is low, this can be seen by a small sticker on the outside of the air can. it's the same with the other functions

if you are unsure give mojo (uk service centre) a call and they will clear it up
