Right, I'm after a hope seat clamp for my 2011 Yeti 575 but the clamp thats on it now is a salsa 35mm, my question is will a 34.9 hope one fit with no problems? cheers Rob 8)

It will fit but I find Hope seatclamps vastly inferior to Salsa ones.

Really? It's just I like my hope gear, it's got hope headset and rear qr, so want seat clamp and bash too.

Go ahead and give it a try, your experience may differ from mine but I've had 2 QR clamps on two different bikes and both had to be really really tight to try and stop the seatpost creeping down over time.
In both cases I bought a salsa and soft the problem. Dunno why I bought the second one to be honest, should have just gone for the salsa straight away!

I've had a hope one on my marin for the last 10 years and its been spot on. Only thing I could think is they may be made differently now?

I too have to do my hope clamps up pretty tight. Doesnt stop me from using them but a very (very) minor annoyance.
