got a DMR revolver axle that i'm servicing.
the cone nut on one side is quitepitted making it roll a bit rough.
can i sand this back with fine grade and polishing compound?
or is there a source to get a replacement?

ordered some off the bay and local LBS has offered to have a look - not so many on offer as you might think though...:?
