Rock shox SID help please

Hey, I've just bought a set of 2000 SID SL forks and was wondering if any one can tell me a bit information on them, What kind of pump do I need for them because it looks smaller than the normal schrader valve. Also there seems to be bit of a knock on the right leg when compressed I'm maybe thinking its because of lack of air in the chamber? Also can you buy new decals for the SL forks?

Any help would be great.

the very first SID 98 has needle type valves, like you found on the Mag 21

Later ones had a special valve (smaller than current SID valves) and you need an adapter from this to the Schrader.

all other vital functions need to be examend when fork is inflated.
