Stratos fork owners please help me out.

I have just bought some Stratos S8 forks and i am
giving them a service.
I can't for the life of me remover the silver cap that holds the oil seal in

tried a vice and that does not work and i don't have a 47mm spanner either

Done it ;D

just spread the clamp on the top clamp over the seal head and tighten the bolt.
The bolt up the lower clamp at the other end of the forks and turn it with force.

Oil seal is crappy though as it sit's in the recess of the seal head thing
meaning it needs to be pulled out with a dental tool of small screwdriver
