So I've got a new shock to go on my Gemini, but the width of the bushes in the eyelets is greater than the existing Fox unit that's coming off, so I need new spacers (is that what you call them?) for the axle. Maybe I'm being daft but where can I get hold of some (I need 2 x 5mm for each end of the shock)? Are they just spacers - i.e. will anything of the correct diameter do?

Can you just use the fox spacers ? Most shocks are the same width at the eyes.

Not without changing the bushes over unfortunately, and the ones on the Fox are a little worn.

Try these links

http://www.mountainbikecomponents.co.uk ... ong+Bushes

http://www.tftunedshox.com/Miscellaneou ... d-Bushings

I'm sure I had another link saved but cannae find it the noo.

Just get the bushes plus spacers that give you the correct overall width of mounting on frame.

Try Airborne 10101 on ebay. He is Edinburgh based and very helpful. Can collect in person.
