The electric bike was driving through the Rohloff hub but the importer tells me it will not have damaged it (he responded last night)
I have decided to keep going with the hub and see if it will run in as suggested
It is working perfectly apart from the noise and the feel though the lower gears so hopefully will be worth the effort
Everything else about the hub is fantastic
The weight is not noticeable after some tough off road riding and a 9km climb at the weekend
