Based on the shock I'm afraid I'm thinking BSO. The shock looks like one of those plastic cover disguised coil shocks pretending to be an air shock. Also where the shock is mounted to the frame does not look like CAD loveliness but basic welding.
Taiwanese stuff is basically everything nowadays from the high tech to the low end. Thus cool looking designs can be made at cut down prices.

Im sure apollo did soemthing like that though i couldnt tell you the model if i am right.

Ah you say the shock is a cheapy, which it is, but they are made by kind shock who also make one of the best dropper posts. Hmmm.
