Quick question on Avid SD7 vs XT levers

Ah too many Questions, but this is a quick one,

V Brake levers,

Avid Speed Dial 7 or Shimano XT?

In terms of looks, build and performance?

And how do the SD 7's compare to XTR?

I have LX V brake levers, the servo wave types, the Avid's sure as hell look better, but are they worth replacing the LX for?

XT and XTR look better but SD7s feel better. They flex less.

Thanks man, that's the levers sorted - I think they (the speed dial 7) look really good, so I'm going to replace the LX with them.

Now all I need to know is Single Digit 7 brakes any good? Say compared to the LX/XT range?

I heard the pads are shite - recommended pads (If the SD7 are worthwhile)?

And then I promise, no more questions until tomorrow!

SD 7 brakes are top notch - I prefer them to any other V brake, including Ultimates. Avid pads are shite! use Swissstop instead.
I just happen to have one wheels worth of SD7 going spare, and two wheels worth of minty SWissstop, blue (ceramic) or green (normal)...

Does that mean you have a pair of Avid Sd 7 brakes for sale plus the swisssstop pads?
