Bike thiefs are a*seholes. Trouble s tat bikes are so easy to nick and sell on etc.

Nice to hear some good news, glad this had a happy ending. :D

I saw a police officer that drinks in my local pub wheeling a recovered bike along the road back to it's owner the other day, so it does happen. 8)

the ebayer listed it for his mate
who said he bought it off a lad in the pub
but why buy a bike an then sell it
it was a 3 day auction on the first day he said he would end early for 550 (an i had already bid over 600)

wish we could of got their first should of seen the coppers face when everone climbed out the back of the landrover :twisted:

the police didnt come to the scene of the crime until the following day
(when it was first taken) unless a life is in danger they dont see it as a priority

i was suprised they came so quick when we went to get i think the women on the phone sensed the anger in my voice
