Great video doc about bike ride the KKH Kashgar to Chitral

No probs man, it's something i'd really love to do.
An adventure!

The most dangerous things I reckon would be lorries, altitude and of course breakdowns and cracked frames.

One of the guys is riding a Specialized HR pro, I personally wouldn't ride an aluminium framed bike in such places - I'd rather a steel one, as at least it can be repaired.

I wonder what bike the other guys riding?

Here's another mildly interesting one - Gilgit to chitral, Mountain biking over the Shadoor pass.

The altitude is wearing em down em here, especially with the bikes fully laden.

But they don't half love the sound of their own voices!

and why film in B&W??

This one is better, more scenery, less talk! 800 odd miles! (parts 1 (mostly in a car) and 2) (bike)

Just had a look at the bikes, solid, SOLID stuff!

On the retro forum a guy is asking about suggestions for a touring bike, intersting selections.
