Assume old style? With luck you find them. Stick to new as most people fail to mention if they have play when installed which if they do they are not good at all in my eyes. The trick is to replace the pivot barrel before the lever wears - i got lucky with my second hand ones as they are almost like new with new barrels. Barrels are around £5 each though!
