Looks like a late 90's Marin from the picture. Have you looked in the archive at the top of the page?

That single pivot frame design started in 97, I'd need a better photo to confirm it but looking at the rear swing arm it looks like a MK2 version which indicates 98 or newer. There were numerous 'copies' of this design though which were indeed akin to a ships anchor!
