Salsa Cromoto forks

i used to have some.......and am after another pair as my 440mm p2 is a tad long.....they are good forks :D

they do indeed track well...at 1st i thought they were too stiff....say conpared to a butted P2....but they still give when they need to.

Excellent! Cheers for the feedback guys.
I almost went for a set of the on-one's, or some Orabge F8's, but loved the look of the Salsa's.
Hoping that the last few bits will be arriving next week, then get it all built up :D

I've both 26 and 29 versions, great fork for the money, has a nice bit of 'life' in it. All the things you love in a steel frame in a fork.

I had a set of the 425mm version on my WTB Phoenix for several months earlier this year. I loved them. Nice tracking, yet a good deal of suppleness/flex.

If I hadn't gone to a Type II fork that matched my frame better (both made by Steve Potts) I would have happily kept running the Salsa.
