 Post subject: do i need a 34.9 clamp?

double sized clamp but lower says 34.9 and thats what goes around the seat tube.....bloody fractured before i got on it i may add :lol:

i bought one recently for the fatbike and its been great, £17 new isnt bad either.

a hope clamp is the only clamo I have ever had that failed to stop the post from slipping - the hollow alloy bolt started to stretch!! I made the alloy 'nut' and am using a steel bolt and no problems whatsoever.

I missed out on a black hope clamp, settled for a basic £6 quick release instead, will see how it copes.
