Kona frame I have is both V brake & disc brake ready, I have fitted V brakes but don't know what I need or where I can get whatever cable stop to make them work - was expecting to run a full outer cable but that won't stay in the frame without putting a zip tie all the way round the frame tube - I assume there must be some kind of top hat stop I can get that fits inside the frame guide?

Run a full length outer to the rear v.

I bought a pair of metal inserts to go inside the frame take that stops the outer pulling through. Think they were £2 a pair.
