Dura-Ace are stupidly light and totally serviceable I am running 1 with an AC crank and 1 with an XTR crankset. I am not a dyed in the wool Shimano-ite so when I say the Dura-Ace is hard to beat it is not just jingoistic Shimano flag waving

Any Idea of the weight of one of those? I've seen figures of 220g banded around, but would like cold hard proof...
