Does anyone have the intructions or a link for rebuilding a fox vanilla R coil over oil shock from the late 90's?

It seems that although the rebound adjustment knob moves perfectly the rebound adjustment is in fact stuck on the slowest setting. The shock takes about 10 seconds to fully extend but compresses normally.

as suspected the adjuster shaft was quite stuck inside the shock shaft, unfortunately @ £120 for a service this is not viable so new shock on the way.

thanks for your help, I guess it had been left in a canal or something, full of crap, I rather destroyed it getting it apart but I had to know what the issue was.
