Got one last time and good for the money but mine rotates on the spindle that the clamp is on meaning my bikes front end dives down when trying to wok on it. Don't expect the earth, expect a 30 quid workstand.

Is a workstand good for the money at any price if it doesn't work? Lidl says it has a 3 year warranty; you could return it.

I have slagged these off to no avail previously.

Plastic clamp very flexi.

I guess using the approach of equal and opposite force you could make it work for you, but I would hesitate to use it for anything north of 25lbs.

YMMV.

I've tried on two previous occasions to get one of these without success but I'll certainly try again this time. Thanks for the shout :D
