Could it be a Rockhopper re-stickered? Not sure when the ORE downtube came in. Can't see the cable guides on my phone screen. Specialized should be able to confirm the frame number though.

The downtube looks square where it meets the headtube thats not right is it?

my 2002 fsr has the ore downtube, i think it is also the 1st use of the m5 frames

i don't think the s-works had v mounts after 2004/5

Downtube looks same as one on specialized site, so do the cable stops, only the dropouts are different.

That's a 2005, also doing a google search found these, wouldn't like to say if it's a fake or not, if it is there's quite a few of them around, they all seem to be a bit different though.
