Kinesis maxlight forks

Anyone know much about these forks? Brought some of these off ebay, advertised as Maxlight XLT, now i've received them in not sure they are?

Every pic i can find, the area under the crown where the fork legs meet look different, and the have a large white Kinesis sticker, looking at thier own website, they look more like AF01's whatever they are! http://www.kinesis.com.tw/FORKS/af01.php

I nearly bid on these.
I suspect they are the first incarnation of these forks with the steel steerer, they have the older style decals.
Still a good fork but a little pricey for me.

Yeah it was probably a little more that id intended, but there have been around 3 sets of rigid forks i've missed out on recently, last piece of the build i need and just got impatient

They do indeed have a steel steerer, i kept finding ref to them shaving weight off thier old design but could really find much written about them. Weigh in at around 900g with a 210mm steerer and sfn.

I may end up re-selling them, i've spotted another set of rigids that have me tempted :roll:
