 Post subject: Is my shock to slow??!!

Hello,

Bought a marin fs frame which came with a shock works rear shock

Stripped it down today and the question is the shock ok?

never had a full suspension frame before so don't really know what i'm looking for :?

Looks about right to me. It's only to dampen the rebound of the spring. It'll be far from it's best, being an old shock that chances are will never have been serviced. But, it'll still do it's job.

Agree, also it will be faster with a coil on it.
