Saw one of these in local BikeHut window (thik it was same one as I don't remember the linkage being like that but it did have hydraulic disc btrakes) and was impressed* by how good it seems to be for the money.

* (ok so I did not spend huge amount of time looking at the components but hydralic brakes and FS seemed good value) :)

They are pretty good for the money.
Well specced because halfords have the power to do so.

Im not sure how it is now but years back the carrera's were coming out of the same factory as konas.

They were selling the black/red 2009/10 ones a couple months ago for £350 if they had them at your local store type thing.

I have a frame for sale incidentally - wink wink haha.
