Cross bike tubeless questions?!

Having ridden my cx build for the first time off road last night I copped for a pair of punctures whilst rolling slowly over some rocks - nothing major just a stony bridle path!!!

This of course p****d me right off and being an avid tubeless fan I'm gonna convert them tubeless as my mtb's all are!

Anyone done this before? What pressures do u run at?

Also as I'm new to cx stuff, the tyres aren't as wide as Mtb ones, so is it normal for the wheel to bottom out if running a lower pressure?!

Assistance and comments please!!!!

This is one of the reasons why tubulars still remain popular in CX - you can run very low pressures, even bottoming out the tyre at times and yet remain puncture free. Obviously, in very wet or loose conditions, the lower the pressure, then the more grip you get.

I still train on clinchers, but haven't got around to trying tubeless on them yet, but my friend does. Tyre choice is a big factor - some makes e.g. Schwalbe are notoriously difficult whereas Michelins are apparently better.
