Good company to buy from, dealt with them for years through buying parts from the motorsport section!

Had a bad experience recently. They had something I needed in a hurry at a good price so I ordered it express delivery. Two days later I get a call to say that they don't have it in stock. That's it for me. I hate sites that show things in stock that they don't have. Won't order from them again.

Agree. It's very common and easy to fix. Have software that adjusts on the site in real time. chain reaction have it. In the evening i bought the last USE carbon bar in the morning i went on the site for anther look for goodies to buy and noticed that the USE bar was now out of stock.

Bought my CUBE from there, only down the road from me! Good bunch of guys there, as for after sales I'm not sure? as I service my own rides! No bad reports from anyone else I know?!?
As above I buy from Chain Reaction, easy to deal with and very fast delivery for standard, never had a problem with them
